Yeah, I try everything and even the latest unlock code calucator and no luck.
  I called T-Mobile and they could not unlock their own phone.  I looked up the 
internet and some say you cannot even re-flash the firmware.
  If anyone find any good news, please post it.

  P.S.  T-Mobile still has the best customer service among all carriers in US.

Things may have changed in the last couple of months, but I tried to 
get the unlock code from T-Mobile for the 6030 and at the time I 
tried they could not get the code from Nokia. It may have changed 
since then since when I attempted it the 6030 was a relatively new
