Seeing this discussed in other forums, from what I understand phones 
with an IMEI series: 0111250000xxxxxx 
or if the handset says RM-225 on the label (inside the phone), then 
it's unlockable.  When they said unlockable though, I think they simply 
mean unlockable by one of the calculators you tried.  I think T-Mobile 
can unlock it successfully.  That is why I'm requesting the code from 
them using one of my active prepaid accounts.  Some people say you have 
to have added a refill within the last 30 days.  Some people say you 
can get it without having done that recently.
