I personally don't care if the S&H is inflated as long as I am getting a deal. When you think of it the less the seller has to pay eBay in fees the better the possible deal for the buyer. Plus the seller still has to pay eBay owned Pay Pal fees on the total sale amount including S&H - I can understand why people don't report the seller. And I think eBay is getting more than their fair share of any sale! DonnaB
