Not true here.  I live only 15 miles off the interstate and my tmobile is 
awful.  I can receive emails, but barely send one.  Pages won't load if there 
is 
a graphic on it and forget about trying to view a video.  It is impossible.  
It's so bad that I can't even pay my tmobile bill online.  I have to either 
mail 
in their bill or use a dial-up connection which I have had to keep because of 
tmobile's poor reception.  And even worse there is a tmobile tower less than a 
100 yards from my house which was just installed less than a year ago.  They 
didn't even use the latest technology in a brand new tower.

Tmobile has been useful "off the interstate" for long time. In fact I could
get service in the wilds of Maine, 75 miles away form interstate.
