The "Designed for Windows95" stickers and such mean nothing. I've seen one
on an Amiga game, obviously difficult to even use on a Windoze box. My
impression is that individual shopkeepers or distributors are given these
stickers to place on products that aren't selling well enough. Qualification
tests? What qualification tests?
