there is already an updated udev v130 on my system, but I wanted to
check with a clean rebuild first.

The main problem is the initrd usage, we statically link udev apps with
dietlibc. But we also need the udev shared libraries for other packages,
like hal.

Just updating to v130 will not work, some patches do no longer apply,
and shared library build is broken then.
