That command immediately exits without any output. Oddly enough, though, you may have indirectly led me to the source of my problem. The file that I found under "/etc/dhclient.conf" is *exactly* the same as this file, verbatim: http://www.bind9.net/dhclient.conf (This is the second hit on Google for "dhclient.conf".)
