[t2] Removal of fcommon-patch for GCC 10 causes build errors

Earlier today, it seems that the -fcommon patch for GCC 10 was removed. This will cause build errors:

 CCLD     cpio

collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

make[1]: *** [Makefile:1282: all-recursive] Error 1

make: *** [Makefile:1222: all] Error 2
Due to previous errors, no 0-cpio.log file!
