But I was referring to tablet weaving Carol. And do note that my 
experience is at a tourist level as I stated.

My message was about the Dead Sea Scrolls, not the Oseberg materials.

One assumes that money (=time) is the problem with the Oseberg stuff. 
So, apply for some research funds, and connect with some people in 
Norway, and have at it. That's how such things get done in my 
experience.
