Okay, here's another question:  I ran across some
cardboard that is perfect for making cards--I don't
think one can ever have too many!  I've got the basic
card cut out, but I'm having problems making the
holes--the cardboard is quite sturdy, and a knife
definitely is very tedious, and the holes aren't
turning out too round, either.  Is there some sort of
1/2 inch punch out there that might work?  What have
others used?
