Hello--

Though I've been tabletweaving for some time, I still feel
like a beginner--there is just so much to learn!

My wishes for a tw program? I would love for it to be
as friendly as possible. I do work with tutorials and
"help" sections a lot. The ideal program would let me
plug in 4--8 holes, colors, rotation, give me a color
image of what the woven item would be. Very basic,
and I know there are programs out there that do this.
I am more than willing to sit down and take the time to
learn to use the program properly. Free would be
wonderful, but the workman being worthy of his hire,
I would be glad to pay for a program if I can afford it.

Right now I am working from books I've purchased. If I
try to design a band, as often as not it just "doesn't
work" and I take it apart. Software would save me a
lot of time.

My thanks to everyone on the list for help, encouragement,
and all the good information. I have learned a great
deal just by sitting back and reading.
