I must add some words of praise: Guido, that is a beautiful band! I infer from the text that this weaving was inspired by the photograph on the cover of the Robin and Russ version of Collingwood's book, and was woven with each tablet threaded with three yellow and one red thread. You wove more designs than I see in the book cover, so I assume that you created the new ones. I'm also assuming that the tablets were in groups of three or four, where the groups alternated between "S" and "Z" threading and the tablets all turned the same direction (or the tablets were all threaded the same way, but turned in both directions by groups). Forgive me if you furnished this information - my German is not nearly as good as your English. Thank you so much for posting the pictures of your band so we could all admire it!
