Being a novice in mid-north Indiana, I have been trying to learn using Crockett's book "Card Weaving".  The major problem I encounter using a 24" loom that anchors both ends of the warp on rollers, is twisting of the unwoven warp strings sometimes to the point I must reverse my pattern.  Often this is not a problem if the item is short and  not a problem if the pattern has fairly equal forward and backward turning.  How is the problem handled by others?  Thanks, Brian Doggett
