Thanks to a colleague posting the pictures from a book on 10th-to-13th-century Polish textiles on another list, I have just learned of another tablet to add to our list of extant tablets.
It is a wooden tablet, ca. 5.0 cm x 4.5 cm square, with a hole at each corner, dated 12th century. The caption to the picture says "Ryc. 15 Tabliczka tkacka (1950/4170), XII w."
