Sponsored by TWIST - Tablet Weavers International Studies & Techniques

I finished the rams horn band this afternoon and it's so beautiful. It doesn't look just like Crockett's, more like running lizards with back legs longer than front legs, but striking all the same. I think what I learned from it is as important as the result. I will pay more attention to threading direction on the next one - as a beginner, I need to see the pattern for motivational purposes as well as back and neck welfare.

I am using lettered cards and have color coded the corner edges so I can be sure to keep track of the cards from the side. My letters run clockwise; they face left as I work on the band.

I'm running system 9.2 on my Mac, so don't have UNIX capabilities. I did download and try to run start4ns.html, but it won't work without OSX and UNIX. I can use the online version though and just won't be able to access the ramshorn pattern. My son does have OSX and is a tablet weaver beginner too, so together we can work out something.

Thanks again for all your suggestions.
