Sadly, my plans for weaving this year have been almost entirely sidetracked by trying to survive the last year of my undergrad degree.  Between the undergrad honors thesis and applying for grad school and so on and so forth, I have no brains left with which to weave, let alone time.  But I am planning to take the entire summer off and hope to get some projects done then, one hopefully involving Chinese lettering on a band.

Lisa, ever busy in Oregon.

So what is everyone up to?  This list has been very quiet and I almost think that this group does not exist anymore?  Maybe everyone is busy inside weaving on beautiful tablet-woven bands for the sample exchange due in March??????    I wish I could say that but I am recovering from surgery,  soon I will be weaving again!!!

What I would like to know is .....who plans to participate in the TWIST Sample Exchange?????  I have already gotten some lovely bands for Denmark...thank you!!!!

I have been in touch with Doris our Coordinator and she is planning a lovely exhibit to travel about.  Maybe Doris can share that information with us????

For those in the wintery north...try to stay warm.  Here is Western North Carolina we have been blessed with rain and more rain.  It has really helped with our drought.

Happy Weaving!
