I asked jesse 3-4 days ago, the final response was
"not very friendly with dojo resource includes.
It's not just the html references, it's also the images and such."

However, I use friendly urls localy - mapping page service to thtml
(dojo's iframe is an html file).
They work pretty well.

Hmmm... wait, so Dojo doesn't work with Friendly Urls? What if dojo's directory is mapped out of the servler filter. Is that possible? Weird, because I've been using dojo with friendly urls in my app for some months now.
