I've got a rough implementation of cometd and tapestry working together.
This is done as a component. I'm looking for a home for it. Is this
something that the tacos project is interested in?
Anyway you can get a working demo at:

This works in windows but to get it to work in a *nix environment you have
to change cometd.html to Comentd.html. It is early days for this component
and there are heaps of improvements to be made, so if your interested tell
me where to put it in the source tree and I'll make a patch and send it in.
