try a mvn clean compile.... who knows :)

Since it's the first time, a zip is ok... otherwise

svn diff >> mychanges.txt

is a way of creating the diffs

I've put the files in net.sf.tacos.cometd.components  and I'm now having

run to build this.  Also what is the best way to get you these changes, do
you want me to generate a diff file using svn.  If you do can you tell me
