Another variation that I've heard of is a farm internal road that the farmer allows cyclists to use provided they sign a disclaimer that they won't sue him for any accidents they have along the road (or something like that, maybe using the road is taken to indicate agreement with the conditions). But I've only heard of one such route, and I suspect such things are rare enough not to warrant devising a special tag value for them.
