We do NOT have permission to copy road data from Bing! So no.

And as for the ferry discussion, I would also prefer relations to
multiple ways with shared nodes. This is the way US highways (which
often overlap each other for a while) are mapped. Support for route
relations from tools isn't great yet but hopefully will get better.
