I think, the biggest problem is the way these things are tagged. It's completely okay to map the office of an online-only business, but as such: an office, not as a shop. Nothing speaks against office=webshop or something like that, and anybody is free to show this on his map rendering or not. My personal opinion here would be not to show webshop offices on any non-specialized map. What should not be allowed is to add anything where it's not present.
