+1, I'd use the established tag "terraced_house" and not just "house"
neither "townhouse". Evventually we could have a subtag to subclass
terraced houses, e.g. as townhouse, something like
terraced_house_type=townhouse or building_subtype=townhouse ("townhouse"
when used together with terraced house as main building type it looses its
ambiguity).
