As with other temporary restrictions (blocked roads, speed limits), first some discretion should be applied how long the restriction will last and if it is worthwhile to be mapped (e.g. years yes, days no) Secondly the start and prospective end date should be noted so that somebody else can clear it if the restriction is gone. Speaking of "permanent structures", is there a recommended way of tagging a maxheight that is temporarily lower, such as when scaffolding is erected under a bridge for painting or repairs?
