The most relevant cases seem to be:
- potable drinking water is available
- water is available, but the authorities recommend filtering or
treating it. Such water may or may not come from a tap.
- water is *not available at all*
- what water is available is toxic or otherwise unusable even if filtered
Present tagging includes useful things like
tourism=camp_site
drinking_water=no
But not all the combinations above are easy to tag.
