Yea, just as landuse=retail is around a 7/11, with the building=shop on the 
inside, along with the parking lot, signs, driveways, etc - this is just a 
polygon around a church yard, with the rest of the  buildings and amenities 
inside. 

Not sure why a church / temple/ shrine/ mosque landuse would be drawn any 
differently than an office park or a retail shop.
