I think too that place of worship could follow the established practice for detailed mapping of schools ie: amenity for grounds building for buildings
> Which then as I said needs a multpolygon? No? I always thought you were not supposed to have landuse overlap. If the date user or renderer is smart enough smaller landuse/area/feature is rendered above larger one. Simple rule and avoids a lot of multipolygoning.
