I don't yet, but it is indeed a field where we might want to map more detail in 
the future.

yes, in others they do or not sell cigarettes, or ammunition.

yes, also fish, fresh sweets, deli, ...
These could become attributes...

Maybe we should also have an attribute to say something like style=discounter
Or a scheme for ware groups, e.g. newspapers, electronics, gardening stuff, 
stationery, pharmaceutical products...

A lot of the details are country specific, partly due to the legal situation 
but more due to cultural differences. This is a big problem because most 
mappers will not even be aware of it and although it would be useful for 
ignorant tourists they will hardly be willing to add a lot of tags for details 
they take for granted ;-)
