Idea: to make a man_made=tunnel, analogous to
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:man_made%3Dbridge; to group
together multiple ways that go trough one tunnel; such as the
about-to-open aquaduct at
http://www.openstreetmap.org/query?lat=52.33003&lon=5.06909#map=18/52.32418/5.06413
The advantage would be that the ways could keep the name of the road and
the outline can take the tunnel_name.
Is this possible? Would OSM render it?
