if it says this currently, we should change it now. Landuse=railway is for all 
railway related landuse and not restricted to stations, and a building is not 
required at all for a railway station, i.e. this sentence is completely 
offtopic on the station page. 
As a general rule, everything that is bigger than very tiny (e.g. one or very 
few square meters) is not nicely represented with just a node.
