You have done it right by re-unifying the dual carriageway as there are no physical barriers. It is unfortunate that the routing engines currently don't support this kind of restriction (multiple via ways) which is fine according to the wiki. Did you try to reach out to the routing engine communities? Maybe they are not aware of the shortcoming and can implement it. Cheers, Martin
