It will be quite difficult to determine what the floors and internal structures of the building are made of. Although, as far as I know, panel houses entirely consist of panels and are assembled on site.

+1, indeed for concrete buildings it is interesting to know whether they are produced on site or assembled from prefabricated pieces. This is not limited to the facade though, also applies to structure, roof, floors, walls, etc.
