Nobody is forcing you to participate in a project that you fundamentally disagree with. You have the freedom to set up your own alternative to OSM with your own rules about permissible imports. If you can justify it within your own tortured logic about copyright, you can even use the OSM database as a foundation for your efforts. The rest of us have the freedom to set mail filters so your messages go straight to the bit bucket, unread. I don't know about others, but that option looks increasingly tempting to me. -- Paul
