Usually bridges are only constructed where they are needed, while an aqueduct will be continuous from its start to the endpoint, not just the bridges where valleys have to be crossed. As far as I have seen the term is used for both, pressurized water conduits (tubes) and freeflowing, which makes it less suitable for us. Cheers, Martin
