many years ago we were discussing meadow_orchard actually. I agree with Christoph that there is room for a secondary landuse tag like landuse:secondary
it could otherwise be a subtag for forests, like landuse=forest forest=dehesa or forest=agroforestry agroforestry=dehesa I would not renounce from having dehesa somewhere in the value, if this is an „English“ term and exactly what you want to tag.
