Hi, I have a last draft for tagging open_defecation

However I came across landcover

landcover=open_defecation
Which I think is more appropriate because that is what it is, it is not an
officially sanctioned landuse.
Originally it was open_defecation= yes
Could I have a quick vote on which you prefer before it becomes a proposal
