it's perfect fine to use P123=Q1234 for wikidata.
osm use "human readable" string , that's allow
the "any key you want/need"
the purpose of the wiki is to describe the tagging as is,
not as it should be an ideal tagging system.
nor should the wiki be a "osm-to-human translator"
like wikidata label do.
the wiki accompanies, helps, improves the understanding of tags,
it should not become a counter-intuitive tag bible for the sake of
promoting anarchic tag organization
