Thanks to all those who voted.

I count at least 4 votes so I guess the IO tag library should be added to
CVS (though I'm not sure who is and who isn't a committer, I'm guessing at
least 3 of those voters are committers).

Would it make sense for me to nominate myself as a committer then I can
import it into CVS myself and maintain it? Or does someone else want to do
the import then we can all kick the tyres a bit first.
