Arrrggghh!!!
I'm a looser. I knew there was something problem with Tomcat (not the Tomcat
but me). Every .tld and every .jar file was in the right place, the web.xml was
correct, but the whole application was installed TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/Root,
not only webapps. I copied the directories one level up, and everything works fine.
