Felipe Try <fmt:formatNumber value="0987098.70" pattern="#,###,###.00"/> if your locale is set to standard French this should print out 987 098,70 in this case the space is the "grouping seperator" which replaces the "," in the pattern. The comma in the pattern is to indicate where the "grouping seperator" should be used. see http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/docs/api/index.html "DecimalFormat" for more detailed information on the pattern syntax. How can I use this tag to format a float and use comma for decimal separator? I can't find this in the docs... -- Felipe Schnack Analista de Sistemas [EMAIL PROTECTED] Cel.: (51)91287530 Linux Counter #281893 Centro Universitrio Ritter dos Reis http://www.ritterdosreis.br [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fone/Fax.: (51)32303341 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
