But my problem isn't about the patterns... my problem is that if I
call
  <fmt:formatNumber value="${pageScope.candidato.notaRedacao}"
minFractionDigits="2"  />
  My floating-point number appear with "." as decimal separator, when I
want it to be ",". And my server is set to pt-br locale...
