Struts 1.2.x ships with JSTL 1.0.2, which is why it's missing the functions taglib. That was only added in JSTL 1.1. also, i noticed the Struts JSTL tlds have URIs like this: > <uri>http://java.sun.com/jstl/core</uri> > > while the Jakarta Standard 1.1 Taglib JSTL have slightly different URIs > like this: > <uri>http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core</uri> > > which is the 'official' version we should be using? why are there such > differences between these versions? Because the JSTL spec defines different URLs for JSTL 1.0 and JSTL 1.1. ;-) -- Martin Cooper woodchuck > > > > > ______________________________________________________ > Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. > http://store.yahoo.com/redcross-donate3/ > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > >
