#705: "tahoe mv" unlinks the target even when it is a directory

I'm attaching a patch that implements + tests for the behavior described
above.
However, when testing, I came upon another maybe-bug.
If, using the trunk build from last night, I do
{{{
tahoe mv tahoe:file1 file1
}}}
with the expectation that it will copy the remote file to my system, it
purports to succeed (i.e.: no error message) but doesn't actually copy
anything to my system, and unlinks the remote file. Is this what we want
to happen?
