Brian listed a bunch of problems with the Python packaging of Tahoe-LAFS
which he encountered while doing Debian packaging of Tahoe-LAFS. To close
this ticket, you must open a separate ticket for each discrete, fixable
issue that Brian mentioned in that letter.
