I'm happy with where the documentation is for this. Perhaps someone can
proofread?
I think the only stumbling block left here is the
{{{servers_of_happiness}}} in {{{CiphertextDownloader}}} -- I think it's
probably best to set this to whatever the user defined
{{{servers_of_happiness}}} is, but I can't think of a clean way to do
that. Perhaps someone with a fresh perspective can look and see if there's
an obvious way that I've missed?
