Sorry Anton, I'm having trouble with email, this is my second attempt :-\
I had no time to try to figure out, but even then, I'm afraid I'd have
to dig into the CVS parser code, having access to either the CVS repo or
to a complete log; basically, what needs to be figured out is why the
parser didn't recognize the new directory, and failed to add it to the
target system. You know, CVS does not handle directories, so the backend
uses some heuristic to discover that.
