When I asked for the log, I meant the CVS one, that is, the one that
tailor fetches to build its changeset-centric view of what changed. In
your particular case, it's the output of
$ cvs -f -d /workarea1/cvs/ rlog -r:HEAD -b sites/podcastalley 2>&1
as you can see at the beginning of the tailor log (well, that
instruction is missing the "2>&1" bit, to catch also the stderr, where
cvs writes some fundamental information not present on stdout).
Please, send that whole output to me, and I'll try to understand the issue.
