 Uhm, a quick inspection of the repository reveals something strange:

 Notice how, even if in Attic, CVS history does not contain a ''dead''
 event (cfr. with source:vcpx/tests/data/cvs-deleted_test.log).

 So, technically, the ticket is wrong stating that ''"cvs files are being
 revived"'': they aren't deleted, instead; having asked for the whole
 history, tailor __must__ get their initial version, that once upon a time
 was there, but it can't obviously determine '''when''' they disappeared.

 Most probably, someone manually tweaked the repo.

 Maybe tailor could catch the case, if it's common...
