BTW, same here, today. Both with cvsps and cvs backend. Darcs repo (and
conversion log) start at patch number 179 instead of 1. I tried to figure
out what's going wrong by staring at the log... I currently suspect the
initial cvs checkout, because it gives an explicit date on teh command
line. What if cvs commits happened on a computer with a (temporarily)
broken clock? In our case, the repo was on a Linux VM (on a Windows host)
and obviously has been accessed from both Windows and Linux. Could this
have created unexpected time stamps for the commits, rendering the initial
date useless/broken? (It's just a guess, no more).
