What's exactly going wrong, this config file and CVS server were working
fine for a bit less than a year already.
The only thing I may imagine is that the "fixes" applied in
http://progetti.arstecnica.it/tailor/changeset/1285 and
http://progetti.arstecnica.it/tailor/changeset/1289 weren't right enough :-|
I'd try to emit some self.logger.debug() noise from within the
already_applied() function aound line 490 of cvsps.py to understand the
issue.
